-Identifying emotions in yourself and others.
-Observing how you feel when you experience a certain emotion.
-Reflecting on moments WHEN and WHERE you have experienced specific emotions.
-Reflecting on moments when and where you DON'T experience that emotion.
-Thinking about HOW and WHY others feel a certain emotion.

- interactive written journal (complete a new page each session, add it to the journal).
