Description

This deck is great for early literacy skills. Students listen to the CVC word pre-recorded by clicking the audio button. They hear the word, look at the picture, then identify the word. Four multiple choice options of CVC words with other choices for CVC words I carefully selected by common misconceptions for true demonstration of students grasping the knowledge of segmenting the sounds, blending the sounds, and identifying the correct word. Slides are all self-correcting with sound to indicate correct answer with a "ding" and light up green. Wrong answers give a subtle "oops" sound and light up red until correct answer is selected. BOOM Cards offer data collection with a purchase of a membership through Boom Learning or for free for data collection and assigning decks for five students. This deck will serve as individual progress monitoring, whole group instruction, or small group instruction. Please follow me and leave feedback for points toward your future purchases. Visit my store at https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Store/Making-Virtual-Learning-Fun for other short vowel activities like this, digital math games, virtual rooms and more!
