Description

Integration Color by Number – Antidifferentiation Practice for Calculus

Bring some fun into your calculus classroom with this Color by Number Integration Activity! Students will solve 16 integration problems (including definite integrals, motion applications, and antiderivatives), then use their answers to color an image according to the code. It’s a low-prep, engaging way to reinforce integral calculus skills while promoting accuracy and attention to detail.

Skills Covered:

  • Use the power rule for integration
  • Evaluate definite integrals
  • Apply antidifferentiation in motion problems
  • Simplify expressions with radicals and exponents

IB Standard Covered:

IB Math AI SL: SL 5.5 – Integration and area under a curve

What’s Included:

  • 16 integration problems (mixed difficulty) - see preview for problems
  • Color-by-code worksheet
  • Complete teacher answer key
  • Print-ready PDF – just print and go! (even though it’s going to save you paper to print the problems in the front and the coloring image in the back, my students prefer them to be separate sheets so they don’t have to flip back and forth to color - AND, if they use markers, you can still see their work).

Perfect for:

  • IB Math AI SL Year 2 review or practice
  • Sub plans, bell ringers, early finishers
  • Engaging spiral review before assessments
  • Reinforcement of key calculus concepts in a fun way
