This is a blank chart to help teachers who are do-it-yourself-ers. I developed this chart to help plan out my monthly calendar math ideas. It is meant to plan for four months at a time. It includes the following sections: calendar, weather, clock, school days counting, money bank, measurement. It also incudes a blank space for teachers to add their own activity. The file is in Word doc and is editable, so teachers can adjust the activities to fit their classroom needs.
