The no-cut design of this flipbook makes this resource perfect for busy educators who need a quick activity to help students work through their anger. Assembly is quick and easy. Follow the included directions to make your very own calming strategies flipbook for students.

Please ensure your printer is able to print double-sided using the FLIP ON SHORT EDGE feature. Without this printing ability, the no-cut fold-over design of the flipbook will not work properly. 

Print all pages on colorful paper to make the flipbook more enticing for students. They will be asking for a copy of this flipbook over and over again!

Children will learn the skills needed to stay in control and self-regulate their emotions. Challenge students to change their current coping strategies and learn new calming strategies they can use as emotional regulation tools.
