Capitalization Task Cards - Google Forms™ Version

You can use the Google Forms™ version for distance learning, substitute lessons, a quick check, test review, or as an assessment. This Google Forms™ activity is self grading so you can even use it as a grade. You can also see which students have completed it, and use the reporting graphs to see which skills your students are struggling to answer correctly.

Included in the Google Form™:

• 24 Colored Task Cards set up as multiple choice questions
• Self Correcting
• Instant feedback to students (can be changed in the settings)

Note: You will need to have a Google™ Classroom set up to assign this activity. You will receive a link in the download which will prompt you to make a copy. Once you have your copy you cannot edit the task cards. However, you can delete sections of the Google Forms™ and change settings for your needs.
