Here's a great way to introduce the Scientific Process to you students.

The objective of the experiment is to have you students create a tower using only index cards. They can fold or tear the cards, but that's it. You will need lots of index cards for groups of students to use. The experiment walks the students through the entire process, including follow-up questions.
