Computer Science standards have been adopted in many states across the U.S. This resource provides students and teachers with a better understanding of the "why" of computer science. Connecting real jobs to computer science is a sure way to promote interest in pursuing a career in this field.
This printable resource is great for upper elementary, middle, and high school students.
Careers in Computer Science:
Computer Information & Research Scientist
Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Engineer
Students will read the passage (2 passages are provided; one is a bit shorter than the other, with a larger font). Then students will complete each graphic organizer and the vocabulary quiz. Vocabulary cards with definitions are provided. A full-sized colored poster is also included.
For the Venn Diagram, you will need the Careers in Computer Science - Software Developer
