This PowerPoint covers the basics of Mitotic Cell Division. I print handouts from the Cell Cycle Student version and they fill in the answers as we go through the PowerPoint. They draw pictures of what the cell looks like during each of the stages of Mitosis. This activity supports Grade Seven California State Science Standard 1E - Students know cells divide to increase their numbers through a process of mitosis, which results
in two daughter cells with identical sets of chromosomes.
