Description

Are you looking for a way to make your students more focused on what they should be learning, and more motivated to fill in gaps in their knowledge? This contains specific objectives, written in first person, student-friendly language as well as a list of suggested vocabulary for cell division (meiosis and mitosis), as well as a suggested vocabulary list. Students can rate how they are doing on each one on a descriptive scale. They can then use these to guide their studying, ask questions, etc.

I started making "Keeping Track of my Learning" Pages for each unit and they have completely changed my class! I sometimes use them at the start of a unit, midway through, or at the end as a starting point to focus their review.

On my course evaluations, many of my past students said this was one of the things that helped them the most!

So glad to hear. This is similar to a full year set that I have as well, if that works out well. https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Product/Biology-Course-Student-Learning-Objectives-Vocabulary-2716720?aref=lwnk6um3
