Description
Cereal Packaging Designer Project provides a fun way for Middle School students to work on surface area and volume in a real-world way.
The project starts with a letter from a Packaging Manager giving students specific guidelines for the cereal box that they must create. Students will work together to create a box that meets the project requirements using their knowledge of surface area and volume.
The download includes a letter from the Packaging Manager outlining the project requirements, a planning page, grading checklist and teacher lesson plan.
I have used this project with my students for several years and they love it! I am excited to share this with you!
