This is a lesson that is meant as an introduction into physical and chemical changes. Included is the lesson plan itself (in 5E format), the lesson assessment, 8x11 task cards for each exploration station, and four 11x17 visuals; two defining physical change and its indicators, and two defining chemical change and its indicators. Of course, you can modify the lesson to your heart's content; it is only meant as a tool to help you guide instruction.
