Description

This powerpoint engages the learner in the Go Math curriculum, by addressing the main objective of each lesson in the form of an essential question which can be answered by the student before/after the lesson is presented. This could be a culminating activity in the math journal. An additional Writing assignment is included to assess understanding of the content in a more open ended format. Children can work alone, with partners, or in small groups to share and compare results. These questions came directly from the Go Math 5th Grade Curriculum.
