Description
Character Analysis Detective's Notebook:
Students are detectives assigned to do a character analysis. Their job is to collect information about a character in their detective's notebooks and make a report predicting what the character's next move will be.
Through the creation of this fun detective's notebook, students:
*Write a physical description of a character
*Map character relationships
*Write about a character's personality traits
*Explain how certain events made the character feel
*Explore a character's recent activities (summary option, or FNTL organizer)
*Make predictions about the character and upcoming story events
Teachers are able to tailor the project to their students needs for easy differentiation. Pick and choose the pages you would like to include, and include multiple copies of pages for a more in-depth study (i.e.: analyze the character's feelings for more than three events by including multiple copies of that page).
