This unit holds over 20 different activities that require students to think critically about their values, how to release their worries, forgive others, and grow their gratitude. Learning to Balance their social-emotional needs with the demands of life will allow them to develop empathy for others and become successful students. These lessons will help create an accepting class culture and instill positive character traits within your scholars.

Each lesson has a religious link, but can be omitted if teaching at a public school.
