Description
This is a character trait reflection form that I give to my students that are having a hard time with certain traits that will make them successful in the real world. This is self-created, but I got the idea from the book How Children Succeed: Grit, Curiosity, and the Hidden Power of Character.
This is not a hardcore disciplinary action. It's meant to be more of a reflection over the specific trait that was "weak" at the time of incident. Some traits include self-control and optimism.
Without character traits, kids will not be successful in the real world. If we, as a teachers, are going to instill anything in them, let that be character. Period.
