NOTE: This resource uses American English and is not editable.
Some ideas for using this:
- Use the included printables to help students think more deeply about the trait while getting in some writing practice.
- Hold a class discussion about the word. You could even have students role play examples and non-examples.
- Encourage students to demonstrate the word throughout the week and to compliment classmates who demonstrate it.
- Use the included “Hooray” note home when you see a student demonstrating the trait.
- At the end of the week, allow students time to share where they saw the trait being demonstrated.
