I opened my own school as I was tired of seeing kids to endlessly fill out boring worksheets or sit in front of computer-based instruction. This was an important skill to add on for financial literacy!

I created a money reward system for my classroom and sued these checks as one way for payment and achievement. The students had to learn how to write a check. It was very neat and well used for us.

My granddaughter expressed an interest in checks, which she called "rent papers". I ran off check blanks for her to practice filling out, and her six year old brother wanted some, too! Great practice for writing number words and signature.
