This form worked well for me with Pre-K aged students, however I could see it benefitting a Kindergarten or even 1st grade classroom. It was something that I had them be responsible for taking with them when they rotated classrooms. They liked having something be "theirs" and it seemed to help their behavior that they could see their progress that day. This is a student-specific chart, in which I did not use for every student. Rewards were given in the middle of the day if they received at least 4 out 5 smiley faces.
