This checklist provides 5th grade teachers with a way to keep track with what standards have been taught, what their class average was for that standard, what standards need remediation, and what standards have been mastered. Teachers have so much on their plate, organization is key. This format will help teachers document what has already been taught, and what is yet to come. This document also provides teachers with a space for additional notes regarding their math standards.
