This task card resource includes 12 multi-step problems for your students to extend their knowledge of counting atoms in chemical formulas. Once your students have mastered counting atoms using coefficients, subscripts, and parentheses you will be able to scaffold to comparing the number of atoms in chemical formulas or chemical equations.
