Description
This resource consists of a straight forward and editable 44 slide PowerPoint for review of Unit 3 for Chemistry. The topics are in accordance with Florida's Next Generation Sunshine State Standards for Science. Please see topics below).
Answers and explanations are included on either the slide or in the notes section of the PowerPoint.
Personally, I've had students do this review in groups in a game like scenario and I've had students work on this individually with whiteboards. Both work well. This PowerPoint is meant to be given midway through the unit to determine areas of remediation or before a quiz/test. Could also be used as an informal assessment.
Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions.
Topics Include:
- Atomic Scientists (slides 3 - 18)
- Atom Vocabulary (slides 19 - 30)
- Subatomic Particles (slides 31 - 38)
- Average Atomic Mass (slides 39 - 42)
- Particles in an Atom Overview (slides 43 - 44)
This TPT Resource is provided in both a PDF and a Microsoft PowerPoint document. Please make sure that your computer can accommodate this resource before purchasing.
