This WebQuest/HyperDoc takes students through the delicious world of chocolate. Each guided section allows students to research and input their own information. Sections include: brainstorming, various chocolate products and how to purchase them, how to taste and evaluate chocolate, proper storage of chocolate, 3 different ways to temper chocolate, independent research, 2 multiple choice questions, and a recipe review. This activity was designed for a high school Culinary Arts/Foods course. This can be done as an independent distance learning activity, a collaborative activity, or a guide for a class discussion.
