Multiplication strategies practice is highly engaging with this fun Christmas crack the code math activity game! Your 3rd and 4th grade students will review equal groups, multiplication arrays, number lines and repeated addition while they use the decoder and interactive activities to solve the secret message. Including digital and print worksheets, it’s NO PREP and self-checking to save you time!

How the digital version works:

Students will follow these steps:

  1. Solve the problem
  2. Click and drag the correct answer to the box
  3. Look at the symbol attached to the answer
  4. Find the symbol on the decoder
  5. Type the corresponding letter in the secret letter box
  6. On the last slide, type all the letters to reveal the secret code phrase!

Letters don’t make a word/phrase? Go back and check your work. This makes the activity basically self-checking!
