- the length of ribbon required to tie around each gift.
The gifts come in the following 3D shapes:
Cubes, rectangular prisms, triangular prisms and cylinders.
Students will learn to:
- find areas of squares, rectangles, triangles and circles.
- find volumes of 3D shapes.
- find surface areas of 3D shapes.
- find the distance around a 3D shape.
- use circle area and circumference formulas.
- round answers to 2 decimal places.
- use Pi.
- write answers in terms of Pi.

Print out a set of worksheets for each student.
Alternatively, laminate one set of worksheets for students to share.
Or display for your class on a smartboard.
The worksheets can be printed in color or black and white.
