Description

These Christmas Codebreakers are a perfect activity for the holiday season. Your students will love reviewing math skills in this engaging way. Students will use the secret code to decipher different math questions. Each question is on a task card. Students will have an accompanying sheet to show their work and write down their answers. #TFTNOV

Use the Codebreakers activity for bell work, fast finishers, center time, test prep, review, and so much more! 3 different grade levels are included. So, you can differentiate if needed. The standards reviewed are:

3.NBT.A.2

3.OA.D.8

4.NBT.B.4

4.OA.A.3

5.NBT.B.5

5.NBT.B.6

There are 24 tasks cards for each grade level. Word problems are included. Students will use the Christmas Code Key to help them crack the codes. A page is also included for students to write their answers and show their work.

I would suggest printing the codebreaker task cards on cardstock, and then laminating them for future use. This way, you can use them for years to come.
