Description
This complete lesson bundle includes everything you need to effectively and engagingly introduce your students to the basics of chromosomes. Included in the bundle is a modernized PowerPoint slideshow presentation, FREE guided notes, and a digital Boom card activity.
What You Will Receive:
- 1. The PowerPoint. It includes a bell ringer/warm-up as well for you to do the following class as a review.
- A PDF version of the PowerPoint that you may post on your class website (please see Terms of Use below).
- 2. Guided notes without blanks. This is the "key" and I have these for students who have accommodations. This is not included in the price since some people do not use guided notes.
- 3. Guided notes with blanks (again, not included in the price). Scaffolded notes allow students to watch and listen, while only noting key vocabulary and labeling of diagrams. I find this is the most effective note-taking style (I personally do not use a textbook).
- Chromosomes - Boom Card Activity
- They will "shrink down" in the magic double-decker bus, travel around the body, and practice many chromosomal concepts. You can view the entire activity and read more about Boom Learning on the product page.
- 5. A Terms of Use page, which also has a link to sign up for my email list and get 3 FREEBIES right away.
