Description
These Cinco de Mayo math crafts/activities are the perfect way for students to practice comparing two-digit, three-digit, four-digit, and five-digit numbers using the symbols less than, greater than, and equal to.
Students will complete the Cinco de Mayo craft/activity by cutting, gluing, solving problems, coloring, and decorating.
The PDF document contains 8 Cinco de Mayo/May 5th designs (taco, Mexican flag, piñata, chili pepper, cactus plant, maracas, guacamole with chip, and avocado) and 4 pages of dots (comparing 2-digit numbers, 3-digit numbers, 4-digit numbers, and 5-digit numbers). You can print out a few of each design and have students pick the one they want to do.
Crafts/Activities included:
- 8 Cinco de Mayo designs
- 1 page of dots on comparing 2-digit numbers (10 problems per set)
- 1 page of dots on comparing 3-digit numbers (10 problems per set)
- 1 page of dots on comparing 4-digit numbers (10 problems per set)
