All math teachers wish their students would be better at factoring. Your students will get great practice with this essential skill as they work through the circuit. These 20 mixed factoring problems involve every kind of factoring from GCF to sum and difference of cubes. The problems are progressive in nature, and students must hunt for one of their factors to advance in the circuit. The last problem can not be factored, however, because the final answer is showing, students can use synthetic division or long division to reduce the polynomial. THEN it can be factored.

This "advanced" factoring worksheet has polynomials with lead coefficient not= to 1. Also, sum and difference of cubes and factoring by parts.
It's a good review of those topics, but it isn't what I need right now.
I need factoring trig functions and factoring with rational exponents. Still looking for that!
