Description
This 20-question circuit would be great vocabulary and procedural review review for students who are finished or nearly finished with an introductory unit on quadratics. Without technology, students will need to read quadratic equations and determine up/down, vertex, x-intercepts, axis of symmetry, and more of quadratic equations in various forms (standard, factored and vertex). Students must hunt for their answer(s) and then that box becomes the next question.
This circuit is heavy on concept, not really heavy on computation. I have other circuits that get at the procedural fluency for solving quadratics or factoring -- you name it!
Try a circuit! You and your students will be hooked!
NOTE: There is no answer key included in the circuit since the answers are embedded in the circuit. The teacher must work the circuit ahead of the students to understand the path, but that is all the prep that is needed!

I'm planning to use this circuit in my classroom tomorrow. I just finished working through it. The questions are written clearly and provide practice on a lot of different quadratic topics. Some questions were easy and will assess fluency while other questions will challenge students to think and reason. Since it is a self-checking assignment, I will be able to provide one-on-one help with students who need it most. I can't wait to use it!
