Description
Here is a great way for students to learn and practice how to properly cite their sources in the updated MLA 8th Edition style. How to cite from books, websites, and magazines are clearly and simply explained. How to cite from encyclopedias is also explained (though the process is very similar to citing from a book).
- Page One: Students are provided simple clear examples of how to cite from Websites, Books, Magazines, and Enyclopedias. Below each labeled example students are provided space to create their own examples in the correct style.
- Page Two: Students are given examples of each citing from each source and asked to identify what the the author has left out of each example.
- Page Three: Students are asked to read examples of citations that have been written out of order. Below each example students will engage in re-arranging the examples back into the correct order for proper citation.
- A paired assessment is also included to test student knowledge on how to cite properly.
- Color coded answer key for all practice and tests.
