Description

This is a puzzle activity used to help students practice what numbers belong to a given set.

Students look at six different sets (natural, rational, integers, whole, real, and irrational). If the number does belong to the given set, students shade the box. Then they use the blanks to write the letters in each unshaded box to reveal the secret message.

I created this activity to be used in an Algebra I class.
