Behavior data collection on the go! No more jotting sticky notes or trying to recall specifics for updating data at the end of the day. Classroom Behavior Data Collection Google Form & Sheets Data Display allows anyone to take real time observational data that has access to a computer, tablet, or phone. By accessing the included Google Form, an observer can select a student name to log data for in one click. Is the student new to the group and not on the Form? No worries, simply type in the students name in the space provided for "Other". The student will be logged and will appear automatically for selection in the Google Form next time data is taken (no more re-typing!). The Google Form will hold up to 30 different student names at a time. And just as you have the ability to update student names, you also have the ability to control the Behavior that you select in the Google Form. You may use the existing options, or if you need something else simply type it in the space for "Other". The observation will be logged and that criteria will be available for selection the next time you need it! Up to 12 different Behaviors may be used. Once logged, data can be accessed using the included Google Sheet to observe both group and individual student trends. Data can be filtered to display data collected over set time frames. Data can also be filtered by collection criteria to allow for a drill down data analysis or comparative analysis with multiple criteria.
