This PBL was initially created to meet the needs of a middle school special education class. The problem is that teachers become hangry toward the end of the school day and the students need a way to solve this. Enter the Snack-Crash-Cart. This entirely student run business addresses important life skills that include (but are certainly not limited to):

· Problem Solving

· Money Math

· Customer Service

· Team Work

· Following Directions

· Customer Dialogue

· Organization

· Goal Setting and Tracking

· Collecting, Graphing, and Analyzing Data

· Functional Skills

· Daily Living Skills

· The list goes on….
