I designed this program for my secondary classroom in order to provide extrinsic motivational support to students in an effort to encourage desired classroom behaviors that will facilitate student success. This program includes a individual student incentive program, as well as a whole class program. An "exploration" theme was chosen in order to encourage the idea of exploration through learning, but any name could be used to personalize it to you, your school, and your students.
