This packet includes detailed step by step instructions and a few simple handouts for your first days of school explaining exactly how to lay out a tried and true, tweaked-to-perfection classroom management system. Developed by Stephanie Stipkovich, a National Board Certified Science teacher. Teaching science to middle school students for 15 years and a Science Department Chair for 10 years with an excellent reputation for wonderful classroom management that I attribute to this system. I list procedures for everything from taking attendance, stream-lining homework, classwork, passing out forms, keeping an orderly classroom, student jobs, performing labs and more, all specifically for the middle school science classroom, a notoriously "difficult" age group to teach. Using my system, all difficulty is removed. The key is unwavering consistency and strictness while still being extremely fun! However, if you're not consistent then this packet is NOT for you. All necessary forms, posters and procedures are included; 13 pages in all. (This packet is not full of colorful pictures. It is full of useful content.)
