Digital Hall Pass (or class sign in). This is a google form that allows a student to sign in and out of a classroom (or computer lab). I use this as a digital hall pass log to document who leaves my room and how long they are gone.
I utilize this in my classes, we are a one-to-one school, but this can be easily linked to a QR code for students to scan with their phone.
In my class, it is linked in our Google Classroom page. When a student uses it, they fill it out and leave the completed and submitted page on their screen. When they come back, they fill it out a 2nd time so I have documentation of when and how long they were gone. I link it to a google sheet, to make it easy to find an entry.
