"I love that this resource is so extensive and has great ways to assess! I can't seem to find the answer key for the guided practices pages, though. Can you help? Thank you!"

Description

This set of interactive reading and guided inquiry worksheets, Google Slides and Google Form or paper assessments directs students through a series of activities that review and build on their knowledge of climate types and climate graphs.

Students will learn the five major climate types and can begin to learn the Koppen-Geiger climate classification system.

They will learn to read, analyze and interpret climate graphs and climate data.

They will use climate graphs and data to understand the climate shifts that occur through latitude differences, elevation differences, and proximity to an ocean.

They will use climate graphs and data to make generalizations about why specific climate types are located where they are.

There are five different Google Slide presentations that teachers can use while students work through the worksheets for extra scaffolding or can use to review with once students have completed the work.

Students find these activities quite engaging. Enjoy! :-)

First, thank you for the very postive feedback.

Second, I will do my best. As a bundle, there are many subfolders included in this package. I thought that I had included KEYS for every assignment... it is possible that some of the practice activities do not have keys. Which activity is missing the key? I can likely get that to you fairly soon or update the folder if need be.

Feel free to contact Scott @ Uncommon History.
