What's included in this CODING BUNDLE?
Coding Worksheets: Coding vocabulary and intro to coding
- Coding vocabulary reference card
- Basic intro to coding skills and practicing directionality (left, right, up and down)
- Students will write their own code to get from Point A to Point B
- This can be printed for physical worksheets OR used as a virtual activity (drag and drop)
Coding Task Cards: Following a code
- 21 different task cards
- Students will follow the code directions on a grid to reach a character/image. Students will make so much fun to see where the codes lead them too!
- These task cards are hands-on and reusable!
Coding Task Cards: Make your own code
- 15 different task cards
- Students will write their own code to get from Point A to Point B, while avoiding the obstacles in the way!
- These task cards are hands-on and reusable!
Coding Worksheets: Make your own code booklet
- Students will design their own scene by cutting and pasting from the visuals provided. Students will love to choose from the visuals from princesses, to super heroes, to dinosaurs!
- Then they will write their own code to get from Point A to Point B
- Students will come up with 3 different codes that begin and lead to the same spot
- Then assemble the pages into a cute coding booklet!
