HOW THIS SYSTEM WORKS:

• Earn or lose cards based on behavior choices
  
• Cards can be regained by improving behavior (but not exceeding the original color)
  
• Behavior is logged daily, reviewed by the teacher, and signed by parents. I had students color their charts at the end of the day, and I checked the charts of those who had undesirable colors to write why they had earned that color.
