Description
This is a customizable handout for the High School Art classroom. It can be use with multiple mediums to explore color theory with colored pencils, watercolor pencils, pastels, paint, etc. I have my students write notes and label it as we work through the primaries (first three large circles), secondaries (second set of larger circles), a color wheel with tints and shades (far right), mixing analogous colors (triad circle groups), creating tones (vertical boxes), color spectrums/value scales (horizontal bars) and color blending the two spheres (bottom pair of circles).
