Talking with individuals about their art can provide counselors and educators with an opening to assist with the processing of emotions. This resource was designed to help individuals process their emotions and responses to life events and challenges.

My students enjoyed this resource during our group counseling lesson time. As I continue working on feeling identification with some of my special education students, this was a helpful visual activity to supplement what I am currently teaching.
