This is the perfect way to start a new school year. With these cool puzzles your students will enjoy Math at the same time as they review the following Common Core Standards: 1.OA.6 / 2.OA.2 / 2.NBT.5 / 2.NBT.6 / 2.NBT.7 / 2.GA.3
This pack includes 11 puzzles:
Puzzle 1
Subtract within 20.
Puzzle 2
Version 1: Subtract within 100.
Version 2: Add and subtract within 20.
Puzzle 3
Version 1: Add up to four two-digit numbers.
Version 2: Add and subtract within 20.
Puzzle 4
Subtract within 20.
Puzzle 5
Add and subtract within 1000.
Puzzle 6
Subtract within 20.
Puzzle 7
Add and subtract within 20.
Puzzle 8
Version 1: Subtract within 20.
Version 2: Add and subtract within 20.
Puzzle 9
Add within 20.
Puzzle 10
Add within 20.

Version 1: Color by looking at the shapes and using the words: one quarter, one half, three quarters, one whole, two halves, one third, two thirds.
Version 2: Add and subtract within 20.
I include the puzzles in black and white. I also include a full color version of each puzzle which you can use as the answer key. In order to suit everybody´s needs I also include the answer keys in black and white, and in color too. You can print any of the pages in English or Spanish. That makes a total of 120 pages! Please let me know if you have any specific need!
2 of the puzzles can be used to celebrate Constitution Day or Independence Day. The rest are typical Back to School scenes. After the children have colored the puzzles, you can cut out the picture portion of each printable to decorate your classroom :)
*** I include an EDITABLE version of the puzzles so you can customize them with your own text: Your students can color by number, color by sight word, color by… you decide! The coloring pages can be used with whatever content area you are working on, so you decide what goes in them! :)
*** For the editable pages you need "Microsoft Office Power Point". You can also use "Open Office" which is free:

-PDF file v1: Enter the numbers you need just 1 time and the coloring picture will be automatically populated with those numbers. It´s so easy :)
-PDF file v2: You just need to enter the math problems in the red fields and the coloring picture will be automatically populated. The red fields will not be printed so students can´t see the answers ;)
