  • Focus Activity: When used in combination with listening centers or other aural activities, students can have an activity to keep their hands busy and minds focused! Coloring also is an attention expanding activity that can have benefits to your overall classroom instruction experience.

  • Relaxing: Coloring is relaxing for learners of all ages! Combine music with color by code worksheets and your learners will be better regulated and ready to learn!

  • Substitute Friendly: Because this activity requires zero prep, this is easily kept in your sub tub or folder for use last minute. Simply print and go!

Ideal For:

  • Elementary Music Educators: Perfect for elementary music teachers looking to add no prep music activities to their curriculum that allow students to explore or review musical ideas.

  • Piano Teachers: Easy-to-follow activities that can be implemented at private instrument lessons with your learners.

  • Homeschool Music Exploration: These activities can be easily used by parents looking to enhance their at home music instruction for their homeschooled or piano students. Color photos make correcting easy - if you do not read music notes on the staff yourself!

These worked great for my kids who have their own pace of worksheets. It allowed me to evaluate the ones who need more help or understand the concept. Would also work great for an emergency sub plan.
