Practice subtraction with borrowing with this FREE and fun winter themed color by number activity.  The color by number activity includes ten problems.  Problems include 2 and 3 digit subtraction and includes borrowing up to two times.  Students will love to complete this activity during the winter season (even if you are in those warm climates!)  and get some great math practice at the same time.  Answer keys include the final answers and the colored winter picture.

  • 10 Question Subtraction with Regrouping (Borrowing) Handout
  • 1 Winter Color by Number Page
  • 2 Answer Keys (one math answer key and one colored picture)

Great activity for students:

  • Engaging activity for students to practice subtraction fluency
