Description

Are working on equations that involve combining like terms with your student(s)? If so, here is an engaging 6th, 7th and 8th grade math activity that your students can do to get some practice with such problems. In this activity, the students must solve each problem and then put the corresponding letter in the correct space to figure out the riddle. The problems include multiple operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

How to play / How to use:

1. Read the riddle on the bottom of the page

2. Solve the equations

3. Put the appropriate letters above the line that has the number that corresponds to your answers to solve the riddle

Included in the resource:

- Two riddle sheets

- Answer Keys

- Terms of use

- Credits

Whether you want to use it for math centers, or test prep, or a whole class activity, the fun is still the same. Did I mention that it is ninja themed??
