Description

Give students a tangible sense in their bodies of which way these numbers go! The pictured pages and the video activity combine visual and kinesthetic learning. Students lose the frustration they may feel when they get tangled in positive and negative numbers. After this lesson even 3rd graders worked problems like +3 -7 because they had a FEEL for it. Students need more than just head knowledge or even visual knowledge of combining integers.

You are receiving 7 pages of pictured instruction. It takes students through three ways to visually understand integers. The video shows you how to take students through an activity to train the body and brain to get the feel of integers. Make your negative numbers lesson meaningful and memorable.
