Have you ever had a parent ask you how their child's day was and you couldn't remember because you had 30 other things on your mind? This behavior tracking system will serve as a tool for tracking specific student behavior on a daily basis. I have used this in my own classroom for two years. It has been an easy and simple way for me to effectively document student behavior, even on the craziest of school days. The data collected using this tool can be beneficial for IAT meetings, parent-teacher conferences, special education students, BIP referrals, data tracking for RTI and so much more!
