I decided to create a documentation sheet to keep up with when and how I teach each ELA standard. The documentation sheet lists each standard (color coded) and their parts with columns for the date and brief description of the lesson. By giving a brief description of the lesson, my goal is to use different methods so students who do not understand the first time have another chance. A blank page is also included for any notes that you may take.
