Description

Always free for the first 20 downloads! Yea!!!

I have made so many assessments but this is the one! This is the one that gives the feedback I need for report cards, common core data, and is used as evidence of learning! It can be sent home accompanying report cards or kept on file to support why you gave the grades you did.

This is a quick assessment and some can even be done whole group to save one on one testing time!

I love it and think you will too!

Areas assessed:

*Uppercase letters
*Lowercase letters
*Sounds
*Rote counting
*Adding and subtracting within 5
*Identifying numbers to 31
*Counting to 100 by 10's
*2D and 3D shapes
*Greatest/Least
*Heaviest/Lightest
*Short, medium, long
*Writing sample

I know not all schools use F&P reading levels. There is a duplicate (of the first page) with a generic reading level to accommodate the leveling system you may use in your classroom. Also, I added one page with sight words and one page without. Mix and match to create your assessment.

Thanks and happy teaching!

This was a great resource for assessing where students are at their current academic level. This resource provided me insight into identifying the students who needed support.
